01 THE PROJECT
I designed a premium sales catalogue for Merita Residence, translating architectural plans, apartment layouts, 3D visualisations and key measurements into a clear, buyer-friendly editorial system. A burgundy-and-gold visual language aligns the publication with the development’s identity while supporting a polished and professional real-estate presentation.
02 The approach
I created a repeatable page system with strong typographic hierarchy, consistent iconography, controlled colour use and clear separation between technical and visual information.
03 The design response
The completed catalogue combines technical clarity with an elevated sales presentation suited to client meetings and property marketing.
