I am Egzon Konjuvca, an independent multidisciplinary graphic designer and brand strategist based in Ferizaj, Kosovo.
My practice combines brand strategy, visual identity, packaging, editorial systems, campaign design and production knowledge. I began exploring freelance design around 2013 and entered full-time professional practice in November 2015.
Since then, I have worked across full-service printing environments and specialist design studios, progressing from graphic designer and print-production specialist to Creative Director and Creative Consultant.
I began formalising my independent practice in late 2024 and made it my main professional focus from 2025. That combination gives me a complete view of the work—from positioning and visual systems to accurate real-world production.
Started with real online freelance projects as a teenager, continued alongside employment and education, began formalising the practice in late 2024 and made it the main professional focus from 2025.

Led senior design thinking, developed visual systems and advised on creative direction and production execution.
Created advanced design and print-projection work within a specialist, design-focused team.
Directed a team of 3–5 designers, coordinated three print specialists, handled important client discussions and supervised complex design and production work.
Designed and prepared production work, operating print systems and handling technically demanding output.
Managed projects from design to production and occasional installation, including UV printing, foil, banners, signage, 3D signs and indoor and outdoor advertising.
Graduated with a 9.9/10 GPA and a 9.5/10 diploma-project grade while continuing professional work and participating in design workshops.
